Where Jack’s Old South Cooking School 2732 Pine St., Unadilla, GA 31091 Schedule Friday – 6:00 PM: Check-in and meet & greet dinner at the compound in Unadilla. Saturday – 9:00 AM: Class begins bright and early, covering all listed meats.
